By joining this Agreement and leaving their data on the Site site_name (hereinafter referred to as the Site), by filling in the fields of the feedback forms, the User:
• confirms that all the data specified by them belongs to them personally,
• confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing their personal data specified by them in the fields of the feedback forms in full, the text of the agreement and the terms of processing personal data are clear to them;
• gives consent to the processing of personal data provided as part of the information by the Site for the purpose of concluding this Agreement between them and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
• expresses consent to the terms of processing personal data without reservations and limitations.
The User gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, namely the performance of the actions provided for in paragraph 3 of part 1 of article 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ «On Personal Data», and confirms that, by giving such consent, they act freely, of their own will and in their own interests. The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
This User’s consent is considered to be executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; year of birth; place of residence (city, region); telephone numbers; email addresses (E-mail).
The User grants site_name the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage during the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years, from the date of termination of the User’s use of the services; clarification (update, change); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by you by submitting an application to the site administration indicating the data specified in Art. 14 of the Law «On Personal Data». The User may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the contact e-mail address specified on the website site_name.
The Website shall not be liable for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means. The Website has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and the relations between the user and the Website arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.»
